Privacy Policy for FrameGate Sourcing

This policy describes how FrameGate Sourcing handles information you submit while asking for alternative quotations on prefabricated residential houses. The site is an independent sourcing desk. It does not run a public store and it does not sell a mailing list of project briefs.

Information you choose to send

The inquiry form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone, a company, and a requirement note. With scripting enabled you can also type a product format, a budget figure and a supplier preference. Those extra items are merged into the existing requirement field at submit time. They are not separate backend columns. If scripting is off, the note on the form asks you to type the budget and preference into the requirement box yourself.

Why the brief is read

The desk uses the brief to understand use, dimensions, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and scope, and to ask factories for comparable replies. Work email and phone are used to send that coordination back to you. A budget is used only as your stated range. It is not treated as revenue and it is not a credit decision.

What is not collected on purpose

The form has no file upload. Do not send drawings that you are not allowed to share. The site does not ask for payment card numbers. There is no public map that stores a precise office coordinate, because no walk-in address is published.

Sharing

A brief may be shared with factories or coordinators who need it to prepare an alternative quotation, and with service vendors who host the form submission. It is not published as a testimonial. Supplier names you did not already know are not disclosed as if they were audited partners.

Retention and access

Briefs are kept long enough to finish the comparison you requested and to keep a record of what was asked. You may use the same form to request a correction or a deletion of a brief you sent, subject to records a law requires the desk to keep. Session storage on your browser remembers if you closed the sourcing-benefit ticker. Local storage remembers the first time that notice was shown so the seven-day window is not reset. Those keys are not a profile of your project.

Children

The desk is for business buyers. It is not directed at children, and briefs should be submitted by people acting for a company or a project.

Privacy questions belong in the requirement field of the contact form, with enough detail to find the earlier brief.
