These terms cover use of the FrameGate Sourcing website and the inquiry desk. FrameGate Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It introduces a way to request alternative factory quotations for prefabricated residential houses. It is not a seller of a named house brand, and it does not claim to supply an original branded product.
You may send a project brief that describes use, dimensions, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and the scope you want priced. The desk can organize questions so more than one factory answers the same sheet. A reply from the desk is a coordination message. It is not a contract, not an engineering stamp and not a statement that a building complies with IBC, IRC, HUD Code or any local amendment.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the brief, for hiring qualified professionals, and for deciding whether a quotation is acceptable. Design loads, foundation interface, transport permits, installation safety and utility connections stay with the parties named in your own contracts. If a field is unknown, leave it unknown. Do not ask the desk to invent a wind speed or a snow load.
Factory prices, lead times and document packages come from the suppliers who choose to answer. FrameGate Sourcing does not publish a comparison against a market figure. The site banner explains a qualified buyer benefit separately, with its own eligibility sentence. That banner is not a term of sale and not a price match.
You may add a budget amount or range, a currency, and a per-unit or whole-order basis. You may also mark a preference for premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided suppliers. That mark is your preference. It is not a verified grade of any factory, and you do not need an existing quotation to submit it.
Do not submit unlawful content, another party credentials, or a request that asks this site to impersonate a brand. Do not treat catalog cards as stock. Product names on the inquiry list are formats for discussion. Availability, configuration and project fit require confirmation from the supplier that answers.
The site is provided as an inquiry channel. To the extent the law allows, FrameGate Sourcing is not liable for supplier performance, shipping damage, code rejection, or a decision you make from a comparison sheet. If a court finds a limit unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply.
These terms may be updated by posting a revised page. Continued use of the inquiry form after the posting is the acceptance of the revised text for new briefs. Earlier briefs stay governed by the terms that were posted when they were sent, except where a law requires otherwise.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form with the subject written in the requirement field.
